Terms and Conditions

Nesher Academy is an online learning platform operated by DiazApps, its owning company. By creating an account, buying a course or subscribing to a membership you accept these terms in full.

If you disagree with any of them, do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian if you are between 13 and 17.
• The information you register must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
• One account belongs to one person. Sharing credentials to give third parties access is grounds for suspension without a refund.

When you buy a course or subscribe to a membership you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the included content and watch it for your own learning.

• Individual purchase: access to the course you bought for as long as the platform keeps it published.
• Membership: access to the catalogue covered by your plan while the subscription is active and paid up. On cancellation, access to the membership catalogue ends at the end of the period already paid for.
• Live sessions: where a course includes them, they are subject to the availability published by the instructor.

We may update, reorganise or withdraw courses from the catalogue. If we withdraw a course you bought individually, we will give you reasonable notice so you can finish it or download any downloadable materials.

On completing a course that includes one, we issue a certificate of completion with a public verification code.

These certificates confirm that you completed the course content at Nesher Academy. They are not official qualifications, they are not accredited by any public education body, and they grant no formal academic recognition. We would rather say so clearly than have you find out after paying.

• Prices are shown in the currency stated on the course or plan page, including taxes where applicable.
• We accept card payments through Stripe and, in certain countries, local payment by bank transfer with manual verification of the receipt.
• Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices. If your membership price changes, we will tell you before the next renewal and you may cancel at no cost.

You have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a refund, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may not:

• Download, record, copy, redistribute, resell or publish course content outside the platform.
• Share your account or circumvent access controls.
• Post illegal, defamatory or spam content in forums or reviews, or harass other users or instructors.
• Scrape data automatically, or attempt to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to use.

Breaches may lead to suspension or termination of your account. In case of serious breach, no refund will be issued.

The content of each course belongs to its instructor or to DiazApps, as applicable. Your purchase gives you the right to access the content, not to own it.

The Nesher Academy brand, the platform design and its code are the property of DiazApps.

What you post in forums and reviews remains yours, but you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform and, in the case of reviews, on public course pages.

Only students enrolled in a course may review it. All reviews go through moderation before publication.

We moderate to remove spam, abuse, third-party personal data and illegal content. We do not remove reviews for being negative, nor do we edit them to improve a course rating.

If you publish courses on Nesher Academy, the Instructor Agreement applies to you in addition to these terms.

Nesher Academy provides education. We do not guarantee any specific financial, employment or business outcome: what you achieve depends on your effort, your context and factors outside our control. No statement on this platform should be read as an income promise.

Content is educational and does not constitute professional legal, tax or financial advice.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may amend these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
