Instructor Agreement

This agreement governs the relationship between DiazApps, the company that owns Nesher Academy, and the people who publish courses on the platform. It complements the general Terms and Conditions, which also apply to you as a user.

Not everyone can publish courses. Before approving an instructor account we verify:

1. Identity. We ask for an official identity document. It is used only for verification and is never published.
2. Credentials. We review your résumé and demonstrable experience in the subject you want to teach.
3. Course proposal. We assess the syllabus, the learning outcomes and a content sample.

We may reject or revoke an application without providing a detailed justification.

The content you create remains yours. You keep ownership of the intellectual property rights over your videos, materials and assessments.

By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to host, stream, promote and display that content within Nesher Academy and in platform promotional materials.

You warrant that the content is original or that you hold the necessary rights to any third-party material you include (images, music, text). You are responsible for any claim arising from a rights infringement.

• That the course page accurately describes its content, duration, level and what the student will learn. Overblown promises are grounds for withdrawing the course.
• Not to promise specific financial outcomes or guarantee income.
• To keep content up to date and fix errors reported by students within a reasonable time.
• To answer questions in your course forums with reasonable regularity.
• To honour the live sessions you published as available, or reschedule them with sufficient notice.

Financial terms — revenue share, settlement schedule and payment method — are agreed individually and set out in a specific written agreement signed before you publish your first course.

Write to us at nesheracademy@gmail.com for the current terms. We do not publish figures here that could become outdated or that may not apply to your particular case.

Amounts refunded to students under the Refund Policy are deducted from the corresponding settlement.

Reviews are written by enrolled students and published after moderation. We do not remove a review for being negative, nor at an instructor's request. We only remove content that breaches the rules: abuse, third-party personal data, spam or illegal content. If you believe a review breaches those rules, you can report it and we will review it.

You may stop publishing new courses at any time. To withdraw an already published course, give us at least 30 days' notice.

Students who already bought it individually keep access for at least 12 months from withdrawal. That is a commitment to people who paid in good faith.

We may withdraw a course or terminate your instructor account if you breach this agreement, if the content infringes third-party rights, or if quality falls short of the agreed standard. In that case, amounts accrued up to that date are settled.
