Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days from purchase to request your money back, as long as you have not consumed more than 30% of the course or downloaded its materials or certificate.

We refund the full amount if all of the following apply:

• You request the refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
• You have completed less than 30% of the course lessons.
• You have not downloaded the downloadable materials or issued the completion certificate.

Processing a refund removes your access to the course. Recorded progress is deleted.

• First charge: you may request a full refund within 14 days if you have consumed less than 30% of any course in the catalogue.
• Renewals: periods already started are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Forgotten cancellations: if we renewed you and you had not used the platform during that period, write to us. We review these case by case.

• You may cancel a booked session at least 24 hours in advance and recover the credit or the amount paid.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are not refunded.
• If the instructor does not show up or cancels, the session is rescheduled or fully refunded, at your choice.

Regardless of the time window or consumption, we refund when:

• There is a duplicate charge or an unauthorised payment.
• The course does not substantially match what its page described.
• A technical failure attributable to the platform prevents you from accessing the content and we cannot resolve it.

• Requests outside the 14-day window.
• Courses consumed beyond 30% or with a certificate already issued.
• Accounts suspended for breaching the Terms and Conditions.
• Repeated requests from the same user that show abusive use of this policy.

1. Write to nesheracademy@gmail.com from the email linked to your account, with the subject "Refund".
2. State the course or plan, the purchase date and, briefly, the reason.
3. We reply within 5 business days at the latest.
4. If approved, the amount is returned via the original payment method. Card refunds through Stripe usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. For local bank transfers, timing depends on your bank.

Telling us the reason is optional, but it helps us fix what is not working.
