I like how you explain what we may be feeling or with our thought process and how to make us come back and concentrate!That is very helpful. I should mention about how you give tips here and there with the asanas, they make us understand how to navigate and correct ourselves. Also, your explanation on some of things about yoga is very helpful knowledge, it shows how well versed you are! You are a great teacher!"
